Founding Vision
Frigate Beach Villas was named to evoke a sense of luxury and tranquility, perfectly mirroring the breathtaking coastal landscape that surrounds it. The frigate bird, a frequent sight gliding gracefully overhead, symbolizes elegance and freedom, embodying the thrilling adventures that await our residents. The term "beach villas" highlights our commitment to providing a serene, private escape by the ocean, allowing residents to unwind and connect with nature.
Our Past
The Frigate Beach Villas is in the process of being developed on the location of the former "Hairy Hut." This thatched-roof hut has been a beloved spot for visitors globally since 2008, fostering many happy memories. The property is centrally located and sits on some of the
highest land on the Placencia Peninsula. The beach itself is beautiful and relatively shallow for the first 300 feet, with a sandy, weed-free bottom.
